Let's face it. Most people are not bad at feeding themselves. Buying groceries does not sound fun, some say they are inferior chefs, and holding a bag of potato chips in a naughty drawer at work always sounds more appealing than chopping an apple in a navy fruit bowl. That being said, if you are looking for a healthy way to snack, all the roads lead to plant-based diets — not only can it lower your blood pressure, but it can also keep your brain strong.
If there is one thing we do know about plant-based foods, however, that it is difficult there for a vegan who wants to eat healthy foods, but also chooses to eat things that are not very hippie-dippie (and do not. in severe hypertension). Therefore, we decided to compile a list of 27 healthy vegan snacks that satisfy the craving for junk food. Also, we have contacted registered plant-based nutritionist Amy Gorin and nutrition and health expert Nicole Avena for their thoughts on these plant-based foods.

Almond Milk Yogurt
There is nothing better than fresh yoghurt in the middle of the morning — especially when made with almond milk. Gorin says the alternative to free silk yoghurt is an excellent choice for those who do not tolerate vegan or lactose, but even if you do not, you will still appreciate its lustrous spoon flavor. You will not find soy, artificial flavors, or gluten in these cups — just a variety of flavors from strawberry and peach to vanilla and berry acai mixed.
Chocolate
If you are a big beast of chocolate, these green vegan squares will make you feel good about that. Chocolate comes in a super-exotic flavor like blueberry lotus and Schizandra goji and is full of organic ingredients and perfect meditation herbs. Plus, the package is great.
Potato Crisps
Do you know the old adage, "Once you're born, you can't stop"? However, Good Crisp Company has created a gluten-free chip stack that brings Pringles nostalgia and all the flavor and trash. Even non-vegan tastebuds will enjoy all the flavor that comes with these chips (and the fact that you won't feel guilty even if you fill the entire canister — hopefully, it's easy to do so). Pure Natural Egg Replacement Egg
This is not a snack you can eat alone, but if you feel the urge to bake it yourself, you need it. The product is a substitute for a natural vegan egg made from chia seeds and garbanzo beans. Really clean!
Frozen Bars
If you are on a trip, you will probably need a filling bar that can hold you between meetings (or until dinner, for that matter). These frozen restaurants from Core Foods hit the nail on the head, providing a billion probiotics per bar and clean ingredients.
Plaintain Chips
Note: They are caramelized, crisp, and delicious, you can kill the whole bag at once.
